To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within our stated time frame, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information. Customs clearance in some countries requires buyers to provide an identification number or tax ID number.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Delay of Delivery:
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts

Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Orders are sent to the warehouse within 24 hours after the order is placed on the work day. Package processing will take an additional 2-7 working days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15 and 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please note that tracking will not be updated until the shipment arrives and is scanned in your country (so don’t be alarmed, as this is normal, please kindly wait ).

Disclaimer: There are many force majeure factors during transportation, including natural causes such as earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc., as well as human causes and social factors such as wars, government bans, strikes, changes in customs policies, etc.
